Chong Yang is the Regional Director for Qlik, managing key customers across the ASEAN region. With substantial years of experience in the data analytics space, he has worked with customers in banking, Telco, and government organizations in their exciting journey on data and seen phenomenal success in the way data has transformed their business, the way they engage their markets, and created new revenue streams to revolutionise the business.

Done Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical discipline form University of Roorkee in 1982. Thereafter joined Indian Oil in 1983 and have been serving since then. Had also completed International MBA course from University of Lajublajana in the year 1999.
Presently holding post of Head of Strategic IS, leading Digital Transformation team in IOCL. This digital transformation project is a multi-year digital transformation journey to accelerate implementation of identified digital initiatives, build strategic IT and Digital capabilities across IOC and drive change & create organization-wide digital awareness
In his earlier assignments in IOCL, he has also worked for 17 years in functions like LPG, Regional offices. Thereafter was involved in the SAP implementation project in Indian Oil from the year 1999 till 2012. This was followed by a stint as Head of IS in Marketing Division till 2016. He was also involved with in-house development of Central Indsoft software which enabled on-line operation of 11000+ LPG distributor on a centralised platform. This software enabled IOCL to successfully implement the Govt of India flagship schemes DBTL (PAHAL) and Ujjwala. The PAHAL scheme was also awarded by the Guinness book of world records as the “World’s largest cash benefit transfer program”.
Thereafter was heading the Corporate IS team which was taking care of all the Corporate IT related needs like ERP Operations, Software development, procurement of Hardware, network, security management, business process management for IOCL.

As Head of COIS, he had also taken up procurement and implementation Project ePIC which involved a Dealer Management solution cum CRM solution for the 50000+ Secondary dealers of the company and over 200 Million Consumers of Petroleum products and LPG.

As head of Data Labs, Business Insights and Innovation at HDFC Life, Francis is responsible for translating business problems and architecting effective solutions that drive business growth and profitability. He heads the organization drive in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and collaborating with the Insure-tech ecosystem
Through leadership roles in market-leading organizations across BFSI, FMCG and Consumer Durables, Francis has gained rich versatile experience in successfully setting up new functions and building scale.
Francis is an MBA from NMIMS (Mumbai), a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute, Virginia USA and has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics)

Bhushan Narsinghani carries a rich experience of over 10 years in Data and Analytics. From warehousing to ETL to visualization, have played my role in all aspects on multiple technologies and platforms. Data Science and Big data are the next frontiers to be explored.

Duddy Christian Hayanto is a Head of IT Data Engineering at Bank BTPN, I have joined Bank BTPN for 8 years. He is responsible for managing the pool of data engineers in providing data integration, transformation and delivery development services covering the Big Data ecosystem, Structured Data Warehouse, Datamart and Business Intelligence, in accordance with SLA, blueprint data architecture, standards, procedures, policies, and IT strategy and Bank.

Capone leads Qlik’s mission to be a leader in the Analytics Economy as CEO. Mike has first-hand experience in leveraging the power of data through analytics to transform businesses and entire industries.

Mike was recently the COO of Medidata Solutions, a publicly-traded provider of SaaS analytics solutions to the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma markets. There he played a significant role in the company’s product development, data science, professional services and go-to-market operations, accelerating its strategy to provide a comprehensive cloud platform that leverages data and analytics to transform clinical trials.

Previously, Mike held senior leadership positions at ADP including Corporate Vice President of Product Development, CIO, and SVP & General Manager of ADP’s global outsourcing business.

James has over 20 years’ experience in global software and consulting businesses focusing on analytics, performance management, finance and mobile solutions. In his role as SVP of Strategic Marketing at Qlik, James is responsible for leading a team that helps drive our vision and product strategy, messaging and thought leadership, developer marketing, market intelligence and go-to-market. Prior to joining Qlik, he ran Product Marketing for analytics, mobile and finance solutions at SAP and previously held various marketing and consulting roles at BusinessObjects, Cartesis, PwC and KPMG.

Robert is Qlik’s Senior Vice-President, Global Field & Partner Marketing.

Robert has over 25 years’ experience in technology, business and marketing, with a focus on business intelligence and business applications. Prior to joining Qlik, held various positions at Oracle Corporation - he worked in Product Development responsible for the strategy, creation and global rollout of a number of Oracle’s business applications products. He also held positioins in Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Field Marketing.

Robert’s other industry background includes various consulting positions, including being a Management Consultant at PwC.

Dan is a Senior Director and global lead for Qlik’s Market Intelligence Program responsible for the supply, demand, macro and micro picture. He also focuses on executive and strategic content, like data literacy, data-driven culture and trends in the industry. With more than 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, Dan is a frequent keynote speaker, blogger, and columnist. Dan has previously held the positions of Research Director, Agenda Manager and Global Lead for BI and Analytics Markets at IT research and advisory company Gartner. During the ten years he spent as an analyst at Gartner, he specialized in markets, trends, competitive landscape evaluations and go-to-market strategies.

Poornima leads Qlik’s Strategic Client Advisory Team, a multi-disciplinary team that blends sales, value engineering and consulting services. Her team designs and executes transformational strategies for large enterprise customers to maximize the value of their overall investments in data and in Qlik’s data integration and analytics platforms. In her position, Poornima also holds a leadership role within the Harvard Customer Advisory Group.

Poornima joined Qlik from Cognizant, where she was the business leader for their AI & Analytics practice in North America. During her tenure, Poornima also led the Cognizant Chief Data & AI Officer Advisory Council, a community of analytics executives focused on AI & Analytics as a strategic imperative for organizations. Poornima has more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries and started her career at Tata Infotech.

Poornima holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and a BS in Mathematics from MOP Vaishnav.

Bob is the Senior Director of Product Management at Qlik and has been working on the design and delivery of complex large-scale data solutions for more than 20 years. Since working at parallel computing pioneer Thinking Machines , Bob has been leveraging leading-edge technologies to solve challenging business problems for the world’s leading financial, insurance, pharmaceutical and retail firms.

A 20-year technology industry veteran, Dan Potter is VP of Product Marketing at Attunity, a division of Qlik. In this role, Dan is responsible for product marketing and go-to-market strategies related to modern data architectures, data integration and DataOps. Prior, he held executive positions at Datawatch, IBM, Oracle and Progress Software where he was responsible for identifying and launching solutions across a variety of emerging markets including cloud computing, real-time data streaming, federated data and e-commerce.

Dan Vesset is Group Vice President of IDC's Analytics and Information Management market research and advisory practice, where he leads a group of analysts covering all aspects of structured data and unstructured content processing, integration, management, governance, analysis, and visualization. Mr. Vesset also leads IDC's global Big Data and Analytics research pillar. His research is focused on best practices in the application of business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise performance management software and processes on decision support and automation, and data monetization.

Kathy Hickey is a professional software Product Manager with more than 20 years of experience managing complex software product portfolios. She currently leads the Product Management team at Qlik responsible for managing the full portfolio of Qlik software. She works closely with customers helping them achieve their business goals leveraging Qlik solutions to enable their data and analytics pipeline resulting in increased data literacy across the organization. Prior to Qlik Kathy worked at CA Technologies managing portfolios across Security (Identity and Access Management), Infrastructure Management, and Virtualization and Automation. She has managed both on premise and SaaS solutions across all stages in the product lifecycle and is well versed in Agile Development methodologies.

Prior to that, Kathy spent 15+ years in IT and IT Management at companies such as Concord Communications, Process Software and Lotus Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems (MSCIS) from Bentley University.

Elif Tutuk leads a team of scientists and engineers focusing on emerging technologies and new ideas to drive innovation at Qlik. She is has a diverse background including product management, product design, development and research. With 15+ years of experience in BI and Analytics, she is passionate about analytics, innovating with data and augmenting human intelligence with the power of analytics.
