Andrew Churchill is Vice President of Federal at Qlik, where he leads Qlik’s Federal go-to-market strategy and customer success initiatives. His leadership responsibilities include all facets of the business, from sales and marketing to implementation. Andrew has spent 25 years supporting government IT initiatives. Prior to joining Qlik he led sales efforts at Informatica and has worked at Network General, Plumtree Software, and Platinum Technology. Andrew is a graduate of Denison University where he received a BA in Economics and German.

Jason Miller has been executive editor of Federal News Network since 2008. Jason directs the news coverage on all federal issues. He has also produced several news series – among them on whistleblower retaliation at the SBA, the impact of the Technology Modernization Fund and the ever changing role of agency CIOs.

Danny Langley is a Senior Solution Architect supporting the Federal government and is responsible for presenting the Qlik platform to existing and prospective Qlik customers. Danny has been with Qlik for over three years and has over 14 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, and project management. Danny has consulted for numerous Federal and State government agencies and worked with clients in a cross-section of industries.

Joe is responsible for the alignment of business and technology to enable 3rd Generation Business Intelligence at Qlik. He is responsible for use case prioritization, DataOps methodology, and the deployment of information management systems, including all of Qlik’s Data Integration and Data Analytics products. He also provides thought leadership in modern Data Architecture and Data Governance, and serves as an evangelist at major conferences and events.

Prior to Qlik, Joe was the Vice President of Enterprise Information Management Technology Services at TD Bank Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for enterprise technology required for the management, transformation, and analysis of information across the Bank. He led the delivery of an enterprise data lake that included a metadata driven catalog and data as a service experience, Hadoop native ETL, and next generation reporting, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. He is also responsible for the Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Warehousing tooling.

Prior to joining TD Bank, Joe led the Big Data Consulting Practice for EMC Corporation's Professional Services Organization, solving innovative client analytics challenges such as energy theft detection, geolocation analytics for telecommunications and gaming companies, and consumer analytics for financial services clients. He also developed the value engineering team for Master Data Management solution provider Siperian (now Informatica) and spent the first decade of his career at Accenture, largely deploying ERP and Data Warehouse solutions to high tech manufacturers.

Karen is the Vice President of Compliance Advisory Services at Coalfire Systems, where she leads a team focused on advising commercial organizations in preparation for assessments against Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Service Organization Control (SOC), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)/Health Information Trust (HITRUST), and Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.

Karen joined Coalfire in 2014 and has over 17 years of compliance experience in both the public and private sectors. She assists C-suite executives of leading cloud service providers in building their go-to-market strategy for transitioning into the Federal market and determining the simplest, most cost-effective path for achieving their business and technical/security goals. She sets the vision and strategy for growing Coalfire's compliance and engineering capabilities to meet client needs and serves as a mentor to a rapidly growing team.

Jose Arrieta is the former Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer of HHS. He brings over 17 years expertise in technology management, innovation, policy, small business and acquisition/ procurement solutions. He has deep experience in all phases of the acquisition life cycle and has served in a broad range of executive roles within the Federal Government and private industry. He is a respected leader in applying emerging technologies, especially blockchain, artificial intelligence/machine learning and robotic process automation, to Federal business processes and mission critical program challenges. Jose has published several articles on the importance of communicating with the industrial base to ensure successful procurement outcomes. He has also written articles on valuing disruptive technologies from a private sector investor perspective. He is actively engaged in the academic community, and currently serves at the University of Virginia and Johns Hopkins University as an Adjunct Professor focused on Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Business Management, and Public Procurement. He is also an advisor to the Dean of the Kogod Business School at American University and provides guidance on the creation of a data science lab that is exploring the use of blockchain and artificial intelligence. He has pushed for a broader policy view in the USG of artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and created government-wide communities (e.g. ACT IAC Blockchain Working Group) focused on identifying blockchain use cases and best practices. Jose led the creation of HHS PROTECT the largest public health surveillance capability in the history of the United States. He also led the creation of the first enterprise grade supervised machine learning capability (HHS VISION) to help more accurately distribute lab supplies and predict hot spots across the United States. Finally, Jose established HHS Transform which uses distributed ledger technology to establish identities for commercial, federal, state, individual and machine end points to aide the COVID 19 vaccination efforts in the Untied States. Jose has two young kids and currently lives in Virginia. He is currently the Chief Imagineeer at Imagineeer.

A former House of Representatives Republican Leadership chief of staff and committee staff director, Mike Hettinger is the president and founding principal of Hettinger Strategy Group LLC (HSG), a full-service government relations, federal marketing and public affairs firm headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. HSG represents the interests of many of Silicon Valley’s most innovative companies in Washington. Hettinger founded the firm in 2014 after leaving TechAmerica, where he was senior vice president for both public sector and federal government affairs. Hettinger is a highly regarded expert in information technology policy and one of the leading technology lobbyists in Washington, having been named a "Top Hired Gun Lobbyist" for 4 years running (2018-2021) by The Hill.

Prior to joining TechAmerica, Hettinger was head of the Public Sector Innovation Group at the Software and Information Industry Association. Before going to SIIA, Hettinger was Executive Director in charge of Strategic Planning, Government Relations and Market Development in Grant Thornton’s Global Public Sector Practice. Mr. Hettinger joined Grant Thornton from the House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform, Subcommittee on Government Management, Finance and Accountability, where he served as staff director.

Hettinger has an extensive background in lobbying and public affairs, having served as a Public Policy Counselor at Patton Boggs LLP where he oversaw large-scale lobbying and public affairs campaigns. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Hettinger was Chief of Staff to former U.S. Representative Tom Davis of Virginia.

Mr. Hettinger is a regular contributor to Government Matters TV, which airs in Washington, DC five nights a week on News Channel 8 / ABC 7 as well as a frequent contributor to the public dialogue in the trade press and related media.

Mark currently serves as Federal Alliance Director for Qlik. He leads partner program development, special customer engagements, and cloud solution development. He is responsible for an alliance ecosystem of system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners in support of Qlik’s 100+ Federal agency customers.

Ms. Wade has a wealth of executive leadership experience, expertise, and passion for solving digital, data, and organizational challenges, driving inclusive change, and delivering results with impact. She has over 20 years of experience in working in and leading diverse technology, data, and AI/ML teams across the Intelligence Community (IC) in both a private and public capacity. Prior to joining CIA, Ms. Wade held IC-Level Executive Leadership positions at NCTC and ODNI. She has held assignments and led strategic and transformational change efforts at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and U.S. Customs Service. She has worked and facilitated increased information sharing efforts among the IC, Federal, state, local, tribal (FSLT), academia, and private sector partners.

In her current role, Ms. Wade excels at integrating and negotiating across Agency and IC organizational lines to drive inclusive change. As the CIA’s Deputy Chief Data Officer (DCDO) and Deputy Director of the Agency’s Data Office (DD/ADO), she integrates efforts and collaborate across the Directorates and Mission Centers, with Chief Data Officers (CDOs), technology and thought leaders across the IC, and with key foreign partners to devise strategic and tactical options to increase the speed of data sharing for mission use.

Ms. Wade’s professional experience is supplemented with a strong academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing and Master of Science Degree in Organizational Learning/Knowledge Management.

Ravi Paruchuri is Chief Product Owner/Director for Data Platforms at Freddie Mac, where he leads Freddie Mac’s Data Platform’s modernization/transformation strategy and implementation to support Data, and Application Modernization initiatives. Ravi has more than 20 years of experience leading infrastructure, application and data initiatives. Ravi is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received a MS in Systems Science.

Sam is a Postal Inspector Program Manager with the US Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), National Headquarters, Analytics Group. He currently leads the Data Science Team, responsible for supporting field investigations and headquarters programs by providing analytics tools, intelligence products and reporting. He also manages two national high priority projects related to data management and big data analytics, as well as parcel analytics.
